David Newman (or Durga Das, as he is also known,) is a Kirtan Chant Artist, sacred singer/songwriter, and a practitioner and educator of Bhakti Yoga, the yoga of Devotional Love. David and his lovely wife Mira (and now their sweet baby daughter Tulsi!) travel extensively to share their music, which embodies a devotional mysticism, distinctive musicality, poetic intimacy, and a deep respect for India’s chant tradition. Their kirtan will uplift you and bring you into a deep love of the Universal Spirit, as you chant along to the names of the Divine.
