Established in 2009, First Street Chop House is chef owned and operated. We specialize in affordable, high quality steaks, seafood and pasta. We receive daily deliveries of local produce, breads, meats and seafood. Our partnership with Buckhead Beef of Atlanta enables us to serve the very best Certified Angus beef products available to the marketplace. The restaurant has four distinct dining areas that all serve the same menu items. Our downstairs dining room is a bit more formal and busier feeling. The upstairs lounge is home to live piano entertainment Wednesday through Saturday from 7pm with impromptu interludes from our “singing bartender” and features hand hewn wainscoting and wood floors. The upstairs Library is located directly off the lounge and is more intimate and quieter. Our outdoor courtyard features Chicago brick pavers and wrought iron tables. Our building was built in 1925 and is on the historical registry. We are open for lunch Monday through Saturday from 11:30am to 2:00pm. We are open for dinner Monday through Thursday from 5:00pm to 10:00pm, Friday and Saturday from 5:00pm until 11:00pm and Sunday from 5:00pm until 9:00pm. Our early diner and happy hour specials begin at 5:00pm and are in effect until 6:30pm nightly.
